Fee Details

📝 Fee Payment Guidelines

• Fees must be paid latest by the 15th day of each month between 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the school office.
• If the 15th is a holiday, the fee should be deposited a day prior.
• Parents have the flexibility to pay fees on a Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly basis as per their convenience.

📝 Late Payment Penalty

• A late fee of ₹50 per day will be charged for payments made after the due date.
• (Note: In view of COVID-19, monthly fees will be accepted without fine till the 20th of the month.)

📝 Annual Fee Structure

• As per Rule No. 164 of the Education Act, school fees and funds shall be charged for a full 12-month period, at the rates specified, except in the following case:

A second fee for the same month shall not be charged from a student transferring between government or aided schools, provided proof of prior payment is submitted.

📝 Payment Methods

• Preferred payment modes: Online, Card, or Cash
• Cheques should be made payable to Maa Bhagwati International School
• If a cheque is dishonored, ₹500 penalty will be charged, and future payments via cheque will not be accepted.

📝 Fee Collection Frequency

• School fees can be paid monthly, quarterly, or yearly depending on the preference of the parent/guardian.

📝 Non-Payment of Fees

• As per Rule No. 167 of the Education Act, if a student fails to pay fees and any applicable fine by the last working day of the month, their name will be struck off the school rolls.
• Re-admission will require payment of all pending dues, including a fresh admission fee.

Note: Transport facilities will not be provided or resumed if discontinued in the middle of the session.

📝 Office Timings

The school office remains open during Summer and Winter vacations, but is closed on all notified holidays.
